Lesson Registration
New and returning students can register for lessons by completing the lesson registration form and/or the student information sheet. Signing these forms acknowledges that one has read and agrees to the 2020-2021 Studio Policy. A non-refundable registration fee of $25 will accompany the forms.

Media Consent
Parents will be asked to complete the Multi-Media Consent Form at the point of registration.
